You get a % of all revenue collected from any sale or property we purchase or sell to a financial partner
How do I perform this role on a day to day?
You work certain targeted zip codes and use our software to locate and find contact information for owners of distressed properties. You help us inspect those properties and document the current condition with photos and videos.
Do I need to have a car for this role?
YES, you need to have transportation so you can work your local territory.
What other tool do I need for this role?
A smart phone is required like Apple or Android. A computer or laptop is recommended but not required.
Do I need a license or any extended background checks or paperwork for this role?
No you will not need a license or any other state qualifications.
How long will it take to get paid from my first deal?
It can be as little as 2 weeks, or as long as 90 days depending on how many deals you can generate and how many hours you plan to commit to this role.
Do I have to pay any fees or money to get this role?
No, there are no fees or charges. You are required to have a working smart phone, and it's recommended you have a a computer. We do not supply these items to you.
What role does the company play in my success?
The company is here to provide support, training, and business planning to help organize your attack plan. The company will service as a virtual back office to support you being in the field at all times. The company handles all of the direct sales with the client, digital contracts, and liquidation of the properties. We also provide a proprietary field engagement tool designed to help uncover deals in your local market.
What's the best way for me to win here?
Be highly motivated, eager to learn, ready to win, have dedicated working hours daily, don't be hesitant to engage with distressed property owners, be willing to grind, be a natural detective and sleuth to dig deeper and help figure out what's really going on with some of these property owners.
